Our task

To develop a personal cabinet for the clients of the microfinance company with wide possibilities of work with their contracts: two-factor access, safe work with their obligations and payments, actual information on the proposals and personalized offers.


The main idea of the project is to create a personal service-assistant for the user who uses the services of the credit company on the loan with the possibility of remote maintenance of his obligations.

Processing of payments and contract signings via online payment in a convenient and compact form. Real time mode is available in order to see that the payment is actually credited and the new terms of the contract come into effect. The receipts of the performed operations are also available for the users who made online payments with the possibility to view them via a personal office.

Detailed information about the contract

Each contract has personalized conditions and preferential terms of payment of its obligations. Among other things, the user can see under what funds the contract was created and what payment methods are available to him to fulfill his obligations. Besides, the loyalty program can help to repay payments more favorably and is calculated depending on history, method of payment and level of trust to the user.

What’s the result?

We developed an online service in the form of a personal account for a credit company which allows the user to remotely perform financial transactions and conclude new deals.
The client received an effective product that helps to interact with current and new customers and automate business processes to the maximum extent possible. Internal and external integrations of the project allow to obtain and process data in real time to take cooperation decisions and reduce risks.
